Dependent Eligibility Audits - ISFIS partners with HMS, a national leader in employee benefits consulting, to audit health insurance plans to ensure a district is not paying health premiums, claims or fees for individuals who are not eligible under the plan.  Typical savings for medium to large self-insured plans can be in the six to seven figure range, but solutions are also available for pools and smaller districts.

Lifeline Phone Program - Lifeline is a federal program designed to provide discounted telecommunication services to qualified, low-income consumers. We work with enTouch Wireless to bring phones and service at no charge to eligible participants. 

Pre-Employment Check Program - What’s Their Background is an online pre-employment screening with results driven by 3rd Degree Screening and the Iowa Department of Human Services.  This program assists districts mitigate exposure to workplace violence, criminal activity, fraud, and negligent-hiring lawsuits, and comply with Iowa law impacting various classes of employees.
